ide中maven项目部署到tomcat中路径问题和404

这里的web-inf的中文件的位置要放对不然就是404，或 Context [] startup failed due to previous errors [2020-02-27 11:05:57,065] Artifact ldcp-web:war exploded: Error during artifact deployment. See server log for details.
