编译安装nginx

[root@test01 nginx-1.14.2]# make && install 意思是前面的命令成功才会运行后面的命令，若是不成功不运行。
[root@test01 nginx-1.14.2]# echo $?
0
[root@test01 conf]# /usr/local/nginx/sbin/nginx 启动nginx（启动以前记得make&&make install） 没有启动脚本不太好管理
[root@test01 conf]# ps aux |grep nginx
