全身放松,只是手腕用力,不计遍数,每次每部动做练习个三五遍。整套动做练完后休息一会,能够继续再从新作一遍。
身体有病的患者,一有空就练。曾经有位患者,气管炎,严重到随身带把刀子,气管炎一犯病就想自杀。也是经过练习金刚功治好了病。走着走着路,见到平地他就会停下来讲我练一练金刚功。有位心脏病患者,他走路都在练习长寿功第三部内转太极行八卦,说他就是练这一部治好了他的心脏病。
练功贵在锲而不舍, 一部好的功法,只要天天坚持去练习,自会强身健体,益寿延年。不可三天打鱼两天晒网。
