iOS The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' 问题解决方案

很多朋友从github上会下载很多demo来参考学习，但是运行起来就会出现如上错误。 这是因为缺少依赖关系库。 只需要打开终端（不要说你不会怎么打开终端，那你干什么开发） cd 到项目目录下 pod install 如上图所示，就可以从新运行项目了。
