maven配置国内ali镜像仓库

1. 编辑 maven根目录/conf/settings.xml .
2. 找到 mirrors 元素，添加仓库镜像：

<mirror> <id>aliyun-neux</id> 
	<mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf> 
	<name>aliyun Nexus</name> 
	<url>http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public</url> 
</mirror>
