问题描述：
gcc版本错误致使go get 没法编译成功code
cc1.exe: sorry, unimplemented: 64-bit mode not compiled in
解决方法：
下载正确的版本，并设置path环境变量只想下载文件的bin目录(若是使用goland开发须要重启goland负责没法正常加载环境变量)开发
