安装QScintilla时报错：Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [Errno 13] Permission denied:

这几天需要用PyQt编写win GUI，参考了很好的教程，其中需要使用eric软件，但它依赖 我使用了anaconda，其中在安装QScintilla时报错如下： 试了很久，发现是因为anaconda及相关软件打开了的原因，关闭后成功如上。
