Failed to start component [StandardEngine[Catalina] 注解配置需要加也很好理解查看tomcat配置应用路径所以需要加。到后面框架部分，进行跳转的时候，不光不加/还不加.jsp后缀都是因为自动添加了或者你手动设置好了。有的时候要加，有的时候不加，都是设置相对路径和绝对路径出的问题。
