解决Android Studio3.1.2 主 module 引用不到依赖module 里的依赖库

两个月前AS更新到 3.1.2 ,  AS3.1.2比之前检测更多，因为是老项目，出现N多警告 进去一看说                         compile 要用 implementation 或 api 替换android                   testCompile 要用 testImplementation 或 testApi 替换 api
