Win10 Eclipse配置Tomcat

1. 在tomcat官网下载对应OS的core zip  http://tomcat.apache.org/ 2. 在解压文件夹bin目录下运行startup.bat 文件  如果遇到一闪而过的情况，在startup文件末尾加上PAUSE语句，可能会显示  Neither the JAVA_HOME nor the JRE_HOME environment variable is defined。
