CITA  v0.15 发布咯～ 

在这个版本中，首先，咱们建立了一个全新的文档网站（https://cryptape.github.io/cita/），这其中包含了全部关于 CITA 的详细信息，立刻点击吧。

而后，咱们选用了 docker 来简化 CITA 的部署。如何经过 docker 工具来快速搭建 CITA 运行环境，具体步骤请查看咱们的文档网站。固然，咱们也作了不少其余的改进，在 EVM, SDK 等等不少其余方面，更详细的信息能够查看下面的 Changelog。
