（tomcat8）jenkins构建报错The username you provided is not allowed to use the text-based Tomcat Manager
使用jenkins构建web项目，构建过程中tomcat8报没有tomcat manager权限,截图如下： 由于tomcat用户权限问题导致，进入tomcat目录下的conf文件夹，修改tomcat-users.xml 文件，设置用户权限如下： 修改webapps/manager/META-INF/context.xml文件，设置能访问manager的IP为所有，如下所示： 重新构建成功
