1.ADB not responding. If you'd like to retry, then please manually kill "adb.exe" and click 'Restart' 程序偷偷占用了adb运行的端口号5037，解决步骤：cmd→netstat -ano | findstr "5037",查看被那个636的占用了。 启动任务管理器，进程-查看-选择列，勾选PID。
