Tomcat 启动错误 org/eclipse/jdt/debug/core/JDIDebug...

今天Tomcat在eclipse里面忽然启动报错

错误消息：

An internal error occurred during: "Starting tomcat_server_name**". org/eclipse/jdt/debug/core/JDIDebugModel

后来Google到了解决办法，很诡异，作个记录

No idea why, but putting the line

-Dcom.ibm.icu.util.TimeZone.DefaultTimeZoneType=ICU

at the end of eclipse.ini seems to have solved the issue.
