• 做用：设置每次操做之间的间隔。在默认状况下，每次操做之间的间隔是0，一个命令执行完成后，会当即执行下一个，有时候这样会发生错误。

• 参数：value－置操做间隔的时间数，单位为毫秒。

• 将setSpeed及windowMaximize写在setUp方法里，这个方法的做用是在运行前初始化一些设定。
