安装caffe过程记录

    如今个人安装的深度学习的软件大都在台式机上进行的,今天要装的是caffe框架。个人操做系统是ubuntu14.04 html

  • 是安装依赖项:

sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-dev libleveldb-dev libsnappy-dev libopencv-dev libhdf5-serial-dev protobuf-compiler
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev
sudo apt-get install libgflags-dev libgoogle-glog-dev liblmdb-dev# ubuntu系统独有安装包

  • opencv的安装,由于我也是要作视频图片处理的。GitHub有的。

    htthttps://github.com/jayrambhia/Install-OpenCV,下载后解压,而后进去该目录,选择本身的操做系统,好比个人是Ubuntu,执行 python

$ cd Ubuntu
$ chmod +x * 
$ ./opencv_latest.sh #这是最新的3.1.0

好吧,这个过程稍长,可能要30分钟左右。 git

  • ATLAS安装

Automatic Tuned Linear Algebra Software,BLAS线性算法库的优化版本,安装步骤: github

sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev
  • boost标准库安装(好像没有已经安装了)

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev

最好只剩下caffe,用git命令或者是在https://github.com/BVLC/caffe 下载 算法


下载后,进入Caffe目录执行
cp Makefile.config.example Makefile.config
编译Makefile.config

最后是编译,执行如下三条命令:
make all -j4
make test
make runtest
make all 发生以下错误:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lcblas
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -latlas
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [.build_release/lib/libcaffe.so.1.0.0-rc3] Error 1

安装以下库: shell

sudo apt-get install libatlas-dev
sudo apt-get install liblapack-dev
sudo apt-get install  libatlas-base-dev
现次make all -j4,又有几个错误,真是愈来愈感到坑,不过认真好了一下,真是同一种错误,找不到cv,多是个人makefile.config没有把opencv的选择选上,选上以后,再次make all -j4就能够了,好开心。

后面跑make test 与make runtest天然没什么问题: ubuntu

由于当时还没安装matlab,因此没有装matlabwarp与pythowarp相关的,没看具体看这些接口具体怎样用。 app
