亮点：还是分时段预测，10折交叉验证图没看懂，预测点图可以借鉴 应该就是普通的SVR，把数据分为了工作日和非工作日，夏天和非夏天 这里提了一句基于遗传算法的ANN，但是文章结果部分跟没没有这些啊，是不是作者提的其他文献中的 下面两种图都是按分时段有四个
