Tomcat发布项目时报错：There are no resources that can be added or removed from the server.

问题1：Tomcat版本和项目要求版本不一致 问题2：IDE设置的javaWeb版本和项目的JavaWeb版本不一致 解决办法：将项目中的.setting文件夹中的project里面的内容修改一下（Tomcat版本和JavaWeb版本），如果不知道IDE自动设置的Tomcat版本和JavaWeb版本，可以新建一个Dynamic web 项目，然后在新建的项目中的.setting文件夹查看IDE适合
