重装Myeclipse2017版本后，Tomcat9.0启动提示端口占用

问题 重装了Myeslipse 2017后，配置Tomcat9.0后。部署了项目在服务器上，但是Tomcat启动不了。 提示错误信息为： The server cannot be started because one or more of the ports are invalid. Open the server editor and correct the invalid ports. 解决
