安装autokeras失败： Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==0.4.0 (from autokeras)

问题：win10环境下按照http://autokeras.com/start/上的安装方法，pip install autokeras之后，报错：   Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==0.4.0 (from autokeras) (from versions: 0.1.2, 0.1.2.post1) N
