IntelliJ IDEA中pom.xml报错project上Failed to read artifact descriptor for XXX.jar
缘由：可能在库中更新下载出现错误app 去库repository文件夹中查询对应的jar文件maven 发现没有jar，有xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.pom.lastUpdated，可能下载时出现问题没有下载下来spa 删除该文件，在对应的maven库（http://mvnrepository.com/）中下载该jar，放到对应的文件夹中，it 从新reimport，成功ast
