解决问题：The MySQL service is starting. The MySQL service could not be started.
笔记本系统：Win10 x64 Pro MySQL版本：mysql-5.7.21-winx64 ZIP版本 项目需要，笔记本要装MySQL，但是在最后一步卡住了... 注意我下载的这个MySQL ZIP版本中并没有data文件夹（并且没有.ini配置文件，这个配置文件需要自己创建），于是网上有人说在mysqld --install的时候就会创建data文件，但是我看了MySQL的文件夹，并没有创
