消除Permission is only granted to system apps报错

1.在androidstudio添加权限的时候报 "Permission is only granted to system apps..."的错误 解决方法: 在报错的地方添加 tools:ignore="ProtectedPermissions" 同时在manifest标签里添加;  xmlns:tools="http://schemas.android.com/tools"
