Smooth Streaming on Windows Azure

同上一篇，不知道Smooth Streaming是啥参见以前随笔：http://www.cnblogs.com/sun8134/archive/2012/05/14/2499296.html   由于Smooth Streaming需要有服务器的支持，如果自备服务器或者服务器网络环境（速度）有困难的话就要考虑租用服务器，当然还有另一种选择，购买Windows Azure的Media Service
