magento tax 管理

1 system->configuration->sales->tax 是对tax的管理。主要是有关tax的计算和tax 在前台的显示设置。 注：若是经过rest api 获取商品的tax数据，tax ->default tax destination caculation 下的default country 选项，应该与General->general->local options 下的 Loc
