Plugin Kotlin was not installed: Cannot download （As安装插件下载失败的解决办法）

大佬链接（我这里记下来方便以后查看）：http://www.javashuo.com/article/p-hkoguecj-ty.html 解决： (亲测可用) file -> settings -> System Settings -> Updates 把 Use secure connection 的 勾去掉就可以了, 是因为使用了https协议下载导致的问题.
