1 若是连接远程链，须要上链才能够，打开服务才能够web 2 开启本地geth 服务，下载https://geth.ethereum.org/downloads/ json     默认启动geth服务，不启动rpc服务windows 手动用命令行启动  geth –rpcui 代码端调用 public static final String ip="http://127.0.0.1:8545/"
