64位oracle数据库安装32位plsql解决方法，及设置链接为选项

遇到这样的问题，在64位oracle上安装plsql（网上只能找到32位的）时候，运行过程报错，并且客户端工具只有三项 没有链接为选项（connect as） Initialization error Could not initialize: "G:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_3\bin\oci.dll" Make sure you have the 32 bit
