c++编译的库文件再运行是报c++ terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'this what(): locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid接口 缘由：接口库文件在接口调用时有返回GBK字段，可是因为本地机器没有安装相应的语言包支持。因此程序出错崩
