build准备：

install IDE vs2015 / 或者装一堆编译要用的东西，不过我没兴趣研究这个。。。
install nodejs
dnvm install 1.0.0-rc1-final
build

IDE下build准备：

install vs2015 sp1 / 或者装各类补丁搞定dnu编译环境
编译中若是遇到错误，建议先跑命令行下的build.cmd，再用vs的build

docfx生成的文档示例： dotnet core
