软件安装——internal error2503/2502

安装新的软件后先报internal error 2503，随后报internal error 2502。就是不让我装新的软件，提示说发生严重错误，而后安装失败。

Solution for internal error 2503/2502 on windows OS as follows

1. 进入任务管理器  > 详细信息 >  找到 Explorer.exe > 右击 结束任务.
2. 在任务管理器的左上方> 单击 文件 选项 > 运行新任务 > 在弹出的对话框右下方的 浏览 中
    找到 C盘 System > Windows > 选中 Explorer.exe >  打开 > 选中复选框 以管理员身份运行
    > 单击肯定
3. 如今再进行你的安装/卸载程序，过程能够100%顺利完成了。
