Git clone远程目录443：Timed out 问题(go get)

现象：

在cmd中用go get -u github.com/kataras/iris   ，提示：443：Timed out 

因而在 git bash 中   git clone https://github.com/kataras/iris   现象依旧

用如下命令解决（提早设置好代理）：

$ git config --global http.proxy "localhost:1080"

 

补充说明：在使用上述命令前，我还试了下面的命令，彷佛没起做用。

set https_proxy=127.0.0.1:1080
set http_proxy=127.0.0.1:1080
set GIT_SSL_NO_VERIFY=true 

 测试一下：

git clone  https://github.com/pu369/pu369.github.io.git 

修改后：

git add -A
git commit -a -m "hello"    
git push

小插曲，执行上面的git commit 时，提示：

$ git commit -a -m "hello"

*** Please tell me who you are.

Run

  git config --global user.email "you@example.com"
  git config --global user.name "Your Name"

to set your account's default identity.
Omit --global to set the identity only in this repository.

fatal: unable to auto-detect email address (got 'XX@XXX.(none)')

按提示设置github邮箱、用户名、密码后，成功！
