在tensorflow下运行代码出错——API version 0xc but this version of numpy is 0xb

本人在运行代码时不知道为什么会出现这种错误 一直在说“RuntimeError: module compiled against API version 0xc but this version of numpy is 0xb” 我一直找不到原因，百度一下之后，发现大多数给的方法都是更新numpy，但是不知道为什么对我的电脑没有作用，始终是这个错误，在pycharm中的setting中 进行更新也
