windows安装Apache，注册服务出现“(OS 5)拒绝访问。 : AH00369: Failed to open the WinNT service manager..."
我下的是压缩版的apache，而不是msi的，所以需要自己注册服务，结果在cmd命令行输入服务命令的时候出现了如下的错误： 百思不得其解，最后看错误提示：你可能没有用管理员身份运行。 所以我选择用管理员身份运行cmd，现在是这样的： 左上角有管理员字样。 提示apache服务器已成功安装。 OK！！！
