升级步骤:

第一步, 安装 vue-migration-helper CLI 工具,以帮助从Vue 1.x迁移到2.0。 它扫描文件以获取Vue特定的代码，并在找到过期的模式时提供详细的警告。

# install
npm install --global git://github.com/vuejs/vue-migration-helper.git

# navigate to a Vue 1.x project directory
cd path/to/my-vue-project

# scan all files in the current directory
vue-migration-helper
# scan all files in specific sub-directories
vue-migration-helper src folder-a folder-b

第二步, 根据提示信息修改文件中对应的地方.

另: v2ex_frontend 项目 1.0 引用了 vue-paginate, 这个package不支持 Vue.js 2.0, 目前已经删除使用.
