JAVA项目引入jar包里面注释乱码问题

一、将Eclipse的Window->Preferences中的General->ContentTypes中的Java Class File和Text的default encoding都设置成了UTF-8；
二、将Window->Preferences->General->Workspace的Text file encoding设置为uft-8；
三、重启eclipse。
