spring-boot-starter-web jar 中就包含了hibernate-validator spring boot 2.0.2 release 版本包含hibernate.validator版本是6.0.9.Final 在bean上使用@NotBlank 时发现html import org.hibernate.validator.constraints.NotBlank;
