SVN 提交代码出现Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted的情况

1：不知道怎么回事突然就出现了这个问题，SVN不能提交代码也不能更新代码了，测试又催赶紧提交代码，慌得一批 2：svn执行clean up命令时报错“Previous operation has not finished; run ‘cleanup’ if it was interrupted”。 无论你到那个父层次的目录执行“clean up“，都是报一样的错。想提交或者更新代码都是卡在这个地方
