Installing VirsualBox Guest Additions on Debian

简单来讲：

1. 以 root 身份登陆： su

2. 更新源列表 ： apt-get update

3. 安全更新： apt-get upgrade 

4. 安装必需插件： apt-get install build-essential module-assistant

5. 配置系统内核模块： m-a prepare

6. 在 Host 机上选择 “设备”－ “安装加强功能”（在虚拟机的菜单中，而不是virtualBox程序的菜单中），而后在虚拟机中挂载设备： mount metia/cdrom

7. 运行安装程序： /media/cdrom/VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

Follow these steps to install the Guest Additions on your Debian virtual machine:

1. Login as root;
2. Update your APT database with apt-get update;
3. Install the latest security updates with apt-get upgrade;
