vmtools安装
1.首先进入虚拟机找到vmtools的tar 2.把vmtools压缩包复制到hone目录下 3.解压缩 4.然后进入文件夹开始安装 5.一路回车，安装完毕 6.屏幕自适应vmtools安装完成 7.如不能拖拉或者复制粘贴，需要打开文件共享
