Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library是微软系统自带的c++运行库，若是运行库出现问题或者损坏，则会出现上述状况。如今就来讲下解 决办法：

1.先在系统目录 C:\windows\system32 搜索如下文件是否缺失：
msvcp50.dll、msvcp60.dll、 MSVCP60D.DLL、msvci70.dll、msvcp70.dll、msvcp71.dll、msvbvm60.dll

特 别是msvbvm60.dll，确保您的系统目录 下（windows\system32）有该文件，若是没有，请下载该文件复制到系统目录下便可。

若是已经存在该文件，从新注册多一次该运行库文件，请在运行窗口输入regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\msvbvm60.dll
