Navicat 无法连接Oracle12g版本 ORA-28040:No matching authentication protocol
由于公司 服务器安装的Oracle 版本升级，造成自己电脑上的navicat工具无法连接 Oracle数据库；提示如下错误 解决方式：更改navicat的配置文件： 依次点击 上方菜单项 工具——》选项——》环境 更换 OCI环境文件 指向 instantclient_12_2 文件夹中的 oci.dll文件，然后重启服务器即可 文件下载地址：https://download.csdn.net/
