ORA-28575: unable to open RPC connection to external procedure agent
开发那边调存储过程报错如题错误，这类错多是由于listener.ora和tnsnames.ora配置出现不一致问题。 正常情况下的监听状态： 一般问题，都是划红线部分中的KEY值，在listener.ora和tnsnames.ora不一致，导致报出如上错误。
