SVN出现Unable to connect to a repository at URL错误时
1、打开TortoiseSVN点击右侧的Setting 2、点击Setting后打开一个页面点击页面左侧的Saved Data 3、点击右侧的Clear，清除历史以及我们保存过的URL 4、清理完URL，我们就可以进行重新输入SVN的URL 5、输入账户和密码即可
