清华源安装tensorflow-gpu==1.13.1失败

conda install tensorflow-gpu==1.13.1没有成功。 更新了conda到最新版，还是不行，于是去清华源的网站上看了一下， https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/ 果然没有1.13.1版本的，而且最新的只到了1.3.0 然而并不想换cuda了，就换源安装吧。 pip install tensorf
