ancoda win10 tensorflow安装过程记录

1、正常下载anconda，安装，记住加入环境变量中。 2、更新或下载时报错： ProxyError: Conda cannot proceed due to an error in your proxy configuration 解决方案：浏览器->Internet选项->连接->局域网设置，设置为自动检测设置且不使用代理服务器。   3、添加镜像，非常关键，因为conda 默认的网站均在国外
