No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: mips64el-linux-android解决办法

当Studio版本升级到3.4以上，从SDK Manager下载的NDK不在支持老的项目了就会报错 提示的意思就是找不到mips64el-linux-android，这是在NDK r18b之前的版本才会有这个文件夹，r18b更新日志有一句话 This version of the NDK is incompatible with the Android Gradle plugin version
