在tomcat6.0 下部署包含El表达式的java项目时，出现contains invalid expression(s): javax.el.ELException: Function ':not' not found相似异常。java 经网上找答案后发现是tomcat容器的缘由，，express 解决方法是将jsp文件中相似于：not( xxx )加多一些空格：not ( xxx )
