新建windows服务并启动过程

参考 http://www.javashuo.com/article/p-morqjgaq-gn.html 在这里总结一下这个过程中踩过的坑： 运行.bat文件时，以管理员身份运行。 (1)serviceInstaller属性配置 StartType改为Automatic (2)serviceProcessInstaller属性配置 Account改为LocalSystem 否则即使管理员身份运行
