Python 3安装经常使用软件

先直接安装的Python 3.6 没有用虚拟化管理工具。html pip更换为国内源python 在C:\Users\LiGang\下新建pip目录，再新建pip.ini文件，内容为：工具 [global] index-url = http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ #index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.
